US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Note: We offer FREE Standard Shipping over $49.
* NO Weekend Service. Estimated Delivery Time depends on carrier and distance to our warehouse in Florida. Next day service is not available.
** Two Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. As delivery cannot always occur on weekends, we only guarantee delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday. NOTE: Two Day delivery is not available during Holiday Season as delivery is not guaranteed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
BestLife4Pets ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
BestLife4Pets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
BestLife4Pets is happy to provide international shipping to help pets around the world! Customers in Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand can place orders directly through our website.
For all other countries, please contact us for shipping rates outside the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand before placing your order.

Shipping rates may be higher, and items may experience delays during the holiday season.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Before placing an international order, please be aware of the following:
- If a product is seized, destroyed, or returned by customs, BestLife4Pets will not be responsible for any losses, product replacements, or shipping refunds. While we have successfully shipped to many countries, we cannot guarantee that your order will clear customs.
- International orders typically take about 2 weeks to arrive once shipped. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- We proudly stand behind our products with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, but shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
BestLife4Pets is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have concerns about additional charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
